About this website
This is the portfolio of Omotayo Aseniserare, known as Tayo the Coder, based in Scotland, UK. It presents design and development work. There is no account, newsletter or payment checkout. The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser for you to review and send through WhatsApp.
Information and its use
If you contact me, I receive the contact details, message and project information you choose to share. I use these to respond and discuss work: to take steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, or for the legitimate interest of answering general professional enquiries.
Share only what is needed for the enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Without enough contact or project information, I may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Contacting me does not sign you up for marketing.
The hosting service may receive technical information such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and referring page. Serving and protecting the portfolio, diagnosing faults and preventing misuse are legitimate interests, balanced against visitors’ rights.
Services and sharing
The website’s fonts, images and interface code are served from the same origin. This version does not include analytics, advertising or embedded social widgets. The Cookies Policy explains device storage.
The enquiry form does not submit to a website server or save your brief in browser storage. Following the prepared WhatsApp link shares the message text with WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy information. I receive it when you choose to send the message there. Linked project websites and social profiles also have their own operators and policies.
Hosting and communication providers help deliver the website and handle enquiries. The live hosting provider, logging settings, processing locations and any international transfer arrangements have not yet been verified. This notice does not promise UK-only processing; those details need confirmation before launch.
Keeping information
I keep enquiry correspondence while needed to answer it, agree next steps and resolve related issues, then remove material no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes commissioned work, relevant records follow the contractual, accounting or legal requirements for that work.
Hosting logs and provider backups may have different lifetimes. Their retention periods have not been verified.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. Contact me below; proportionate verification may be needed to protect your information.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator. You do not have to contact me first to exercise your right to complain.
