Working together

An enquiry does not create a project contract or reserve availability. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, schedule, ownership and any cancellation arrangements are agreed separately before commissioned work starts. These website terms do not replace those agreements or your statutory rights.

Content and ownership

You may view this portfolio and share links to it. Client logos, photography, artwork and software may belong to clients, licensors or other creators. Inclusion here does not grant permission to reuse them beyond what the law or an applicable licence allows.

Featuring a project does not imply ownership of every asset or an ongoing relationship with its operator. If you believe material is used incorrectly, contact me with the page and relevant details so it can be reviewed.
