Product UI/UX design
A complete mobile journey.
I designed an iOS and Android journey from onboarding through the main task and confirmation, including loading, error and recovery states. I prototyped it in Figma, reviewed it with product and engineering colleagues, tested it with users and refined the design through implementation.
Product management
One direction for connected products.
A client’s onboarding, account and payment journeys had developed separately. I mapped the experience, agreed a common direction with stakeholders and sequenced a roadmap around shared navigation, components and clearer status messages. We prioritised customer difficulties ahead of cosmetic changes and used learning from the first release to guide the next.

Making the delivery trade-offs clear.
I coordinated overlapping retailer and charity projects, allocating developer capacity and tracking time against fixed-fee budgets. When deadlines collided, I agreed a revised plan with both clients. The retailer met its launch date, while the charity reviewed a clearly labelled prototype and agreed an extra week for the live integration.

Set the product priorities
Understand the business goals, user needs and constraints. Turn them into a clear scope, prioritised features and acceptance criteria, including what can wait.

Design the experience
Map the journeys, develop the interface and prototype the key interactions. Use feedback and testing to refine the design, including accessibility, errors and recovery.

Build and check
Build the application, website, APIs or integrations. Check the important workflows and investigate faults. In security work, assess risks, test controls and verify remediation.

Manage delivery and improvement
Coordinate people, dependencies, budgets and progress. Agree changes before they disrupt delivery, then support testing, launch, handover and the next round of improvements.

About me

I’m Omotayo Aseniserare, Tayo for short. I work across product and project management, UI/UX design, software development and cybersecurity.
My experience combines hands-on technical work with planning, analysis and coordination. I turn user and business needs into clear priorities, usable interfaces and working systems, working with clients and technical colleagues throughout delivery.
I’m based in Scotland and open to employment, contract and client opportunities where this mix of skills can make a useful contribution.
